Our products/materials are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction, function correctly and address training subjects as described. If you find that something you purchased is not satisfactory, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of purchase. Mack or NAI will replace the product(s), refund your purchase price or credit your credit card, depending on the method of payment.

Mack has multiple vendors that fulfill orders, so it is possible that items you order may go to one or more vendors. If you have a question(s) about the status of your order, contact the vendor(s) below depending upon the item(s) ordered.

Return Policy and Instructions
If you wish to return an item, you will need to provide the following information:

• Your name and telephone number
• Your order number
• Number and title of the item purchased

For Mack manuals being returned, please send an email to dealer.services@macktrucks.com. A control number will be provided to you, as well as instructions regarding ship-to location. The control number provided to you must appear on the return package. This will expedite your return and ensure that you receive proper credit.

For North American Institute training materials being returned, please send an email to nai-registration@volvo.com. An NAI representative will contact you regarding details on returning the item.

Sales Tax
Where applicable, sales tax will be added to your order.

Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped via UPS ground. In order to ensure accurate delivery, UPS requires a complete street address; PO Box addresses will delay order processing and transit time. Please allow 2 weeks from the date of your payment approval for delivery. Credit card transactions require 2 business days for approval. Overnight shipments are not available.

International Orders
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added to your order. If this is an international order, please be aware that all charges are expressed in U.S. currency and will be charged at the current rate of exchange. International customers are responsible for customs duty, import taxes or fees, or additional shipping charges as necessary.
